Founder & Principal Associate
Yatinder Bainsla is the Founder & Principal Associate at YB Legal. Starting his career as a software engineer, he later led business teams supporting India’s startup ecosystem. His on-ground exposure to regulatory and compliance gaps inspired him to pursue law, not just as a profession, but as a tool to solve real problems for businesses.
Armed with degrees in LL.B., MCA, and M.Sc., and an ‘A’ Level certification from DOEACC, Yatinder blends tech, strategy, and legal expertise to deliver structured legal solutions. He appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and District Courts, with a practice spanning corporate law, arbitration, IP, POSH, civil, matrimonial, criminal, and labour law. At YB Legal, his focus is on making legal services more accessible and systematised, especially for individuals and startups navigating an otherwise fragmented legal space.

Puneet Basist, Associate at YB Legal, is a B.A., LL.B. graduate from ILR Faridabad (MDU) with practical experience in civil, matrimonial, criminal, and property disputes. As a Member Executive of the Saket Bar Association, Puneet is actively involved in the legal community and is valued for his strategic and solution-driven litigation approach.
Yashika Manchanda
Junior Associate
Yashika Manchanda, Associate at YB Legal, combines academic excellence with diverse legal experience in corporate, civil, matrimonial, and criminal matters. A Silver Medallist in B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School and LL.M. graduate from Jindal Global Law School, she has also cleared UGC-NET (Law). Known for her strong research, drafting, and strategic thinking, Yashika supports the firm’s litigation and advisory work with precision and professionalism.

Gaurav Chhawdi is an Associate at YB Legal with a B.A., LL.B. from St. Thomas Law College (CCSU). He is known for his focused work ethic, clear communication, and dependable support across litigation and client coordination. Aditi is a final-year BBA LLB (Hons.) student at VIT School of Law. At YB Legal, she leads the firm’s content and outreach initiatives, creating legally sound, research-driven narratives. With interests in litigation, IP, and competition law, she brings a sharp, advocacy-oriented approach to her work.
Bhavya Mishra
Bhavya is a LLB candidate at IIMT College of Law, currently supporting YB Legal’s litigation operations. She assists in case documentation, procedural compliance, and internal legal coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of the firm’s legal processes.
Drishti Bhandari
Drishti, a final-year BBA LLB (Hons.) student at GGSIPU, works with YB Legal’s litigation team. She supports matters related to recovery suits and civil disputes, with strong skills in drafting, research, and court procedure.
Arnav Singh Gaur
Arnav is a BBA LLB (Hons.) candidate at CCSU (2019–2024), overseeing compliance and administrative functions at YB Legal. He ensures efficient internal coordination, regulatory adherence, and smooth operational support within the firm.
